Keith English

Managing Director

Keith English is the Managing Director of Ticketmaster Ireland. Keith has been part of the Ticketmaster team for 27 years, having spent time working in its London office before transferring back to Dublin in 1997 when Ticketmaster entered the Irish market. A native of Dublin, he has had responsibility for technology, sales and Business Development before becoming MD.

Paul Skeffington

Head of Business Development

I’ve always enjoyed working in the entertainment and ticketing industry and started at the bottom, working at the famously busy Ticketshop at Virgin, Belfast in the 90s.

I started working for Ticketmaster in 1999 and haven’t looked back, working as General Manager in Belfast and now in Business Development. Throughout the years I have gained experience in all aspects of the business, working at many massive outdoor events, signing new clients and was involved in launching the Ticketmaster business in Scotland in 2002.

I still very much enjoy working with our clients at local events, in festival box offices and at many of the sporting venues that we work with.

Stephen Kavanagh

Head of Operations

I have worked for Ticketmaster for 27 years and have gained vast experience in the industry through many different roles. I oversee the operational side of the business including Client Services, Event Programming, Customer Services and Box Office Operations.

I still really enjoy working with clients to develop a 360° solution for their event from concept to fans entering the building. The buzz of summer festival season resonates with me when every department of our business works tirelessly to provide clients with a top class service.

Jennifer Quinlan

I have 20 years experience in the world of eCommerce and marketing, starting in online travel and moving to the world of ticketing in recent years. There has never been a more exciting time to work at Ticketmaster with many new client tools and customer facing products coming through and many more on the way.

David Cassidy

Technical Services Manager

I began my Ticketmaster journey in 2001, working in many of our client’s venue box offices.

Having spent several years working as Customer Services Manager I found my real passion in IT, delivering our core products with the best in class technology Ticketmaster has to offer.

I have worked on some great projects and festivals across the island of Ireland such as installing our access control system to Croke Park in 2006, automated turnstiles in Thomond Park and Kingspan Stadium. I have delivered box offices and scanning systems at Bloom in the Park, The Dublin Horse Show, Electric Picnic, Slane, Sea Sessions, Forbidden Fruit, The Marquee in Cork, Belsonic and Vital to name a few.

Mick Cahill

Head of Sports

I began my career in the ticketing industry in 1998 working in the ticket office in Croke Park. I spent 5 years as ticketing manager for the GAA before my move to Ticketmaster in April 2005.

Since then I have been managing the relationship between TM and our many sports clients (e.g. Leinster Rugby, Munster Rugby, Ulster Rugby, IRFU, FAI, GAA). I hold a degree in Sports & Exercise science as well as a Graduate Diploma in Computer Programming.

I have a very keen interest in all sports particularly GAA and US sports. I am very happily married to Arlene and have 2 wonderful girls, with whom I can be found when not at sports events all over Ireland!

Loretta O’Reilly

Event Programming & Client Services Manager

In 1997 I entered into the world of ticketing as a part-time box office clerk in Ireland’s National Theatre. A year later I joined the Tickemaster Family as an Event Programmer. In my current position I manage the Event Programming / Client Services team. We are our clients’ main point of contact from event setup submission until after the show takes place.

We build events of all sizes from the smaller, more intimate venues to big, show-stopping stadium events. I love doing this job as every day brings new challenges.

When I’m not working I’m usually at home spending time with my family. I’m a mother of 2, wife of 1 and human to 1 dog and 2 cats.
